[3.3.x] Support Forum • Installed in subfolder, subfolder not showing in URL

phpBB version 3.3.2.

We had an unplanned hosting move.

phpBB is installed in a subfolder as it was before.

The homepage URL format used to be http://test.com/phpBB.

Now it is http://test.com. Subfolder does not show.

We need the phpBB to show.

This is the .htaccess. Can anyone see why the phpBB is not showing in the URL at the top of the board?

(I think the "copilot" reference in the file was hosting tech support.)

Thanks

EDIT to add:
When you click a properly formatted internal link in an old post such as

Code:

https://test.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3646&p=17654
it goes to the post but you get a double slash in the url in the address bar

Code:

https://test.com//viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3646&p=17654
