[3.3.x] Support Forum • Problem with new registration

Hi, I've installed a 3.3.2 phpbb and since few month the forum not work properly about new registration.

This is what happens:

Click on register

Appear the warning message about rules (our message) and suggest to click on "Ok, continue"

Appear the registration form, wher user insert username, email and password

At the end of the form there is the two buttons: "Reset" and "Send".

When I click on RESET all field are correctly reset, but when I click on SEND nothing happens, it seems the button is unclickable.
Any idea on how solve this?
