Problem solved. Easy way: in ACP disable forum, clear all sessions, create backup (or backup/export database in ACP) and enable forum again. Sessions - duplicate key now doesn't show up if restoring the way I did as mentioned in the first post, no errors. And second way was to NOT import the session and session_keys table - but that is specifically related to the program I am using for backup and restoring (Akeeba).
