[3.3.x] Support Forum • transfering my board to a new host - issue following the docs

I want to try transfering my board to a new host and was going through this article:

I need to go with the first option (Using phpMyAdmin to Back Up the Database).

Its write up says:

Below this setting in the Data section, ensure Complete inserts is checked, and Extended inserts is unchecked.

However, I don't see that option. Here is what I see:
Are there other options I should check or uncheck in there place - or is it ok just to ignore that bit about Complete and Extended inserts in the instructions?
