Had some more thining on this one.
IMHO there is no real need of an app. As it is now you can add an icon to the board on your screen.
A much better solution is to do it in the future default prosilver style.
All you have to do is having responsive in mind when creating the navigation for the new style.
Actually the responsive is the most important part of the styling.
We have more and more mobile users and since the user base is decreasing, a paid mobile app vs a well worked responsive style just is the worst idea ever.
