I can understand your words.
What I have done is as an way out a legal quandary over here that is being promoted by SMS services. That is, on the website there should be contact form in which a user allows the website to send SMS to his or her specific phone number. This is not yet a legal requirement, but very much in the offing.
Actually I should have created a different fill in form for that as seen here: https://victoria.org.in/app.php/permiss ... 0cc2e479d3
But Google forms are not acceptable it seems.
What is required is a webform it seems.
Is there any way that I can create a Webform which more or less is a duplicate of the Contact us form, in which I can add the phone number textbox?
