Thanks for the link. This doesn't address the confusing use of Merge vs. Overwrite in the Full Package instructions. Is the proper action to Merge or Overwrite? thecoalman seems to indicate that we should Overwrite, so the instructions should be updated to reflect that.

I have been choosing Merge (Resume in Cyberduck parlance) and it has led to the extra code I referenced in my OP.
